This tape is to wide for on your heels. It would work for other places.
I cannot say enough great things about Rock tape. I use it mainly for blisters. Just put it over a drained or not drained blister and it sticks for a couple days including showering. No pain when walking or running. Use it to prevent blisters with new shoes. I always take it with us travelling and I share it with others who get blisters after walking all day. When cutting the strip to the needed length trim the corners rounded, it really does help in adhesion. There are products that look like Rock Tape, but they do not perform like Rock Tape. Best product by far.
This product has been a godsend. The tape sticks well and does not hinder me in any way.
