RockPods XL, intended for larger areas of the body, are a straightforward reliable approach to myofascial cupping therapy. Constructed from soft medical grade silicone the pods create consistent suction that lifts the skin and superficial fascia to reduce adhesions, promote local blood flow and support lymphatic movement. These mechanical effects can help decrease tissue tone, increase range of motion, and provide temporary relief of discomfort as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. The pods can be applied statically to decompress a painful spot and reduce sensitivity or used dynamically with lubricant to glide over tissue and encourage improved sliding between layers. They integrate easily into warm up recovery and soft tissue mobilization protocols and are useful before or after manual therapy and active movement to enhance functional carryover.
