FMT Kinesiology Taping Certifications are intended for healthcare professionals, therapists and trainers. CEUs may be offered for DC, ATC, PT, LMTs, LAc, OT and personal trainers – depending on location and class type. Pediatric Kinesiology Taping Certification – This course introduces the concept of movement therapy and enhancement via functional taping methods with the pediatric population. Additionally, this course includes a review of the current literature supporting the theory of kinesiology taping for the purposes of discomfort* control, rehabilitation, edema/swelling management, and a multitude of pediatric and adolescent injuries.

This course is intended for practitioners and therapists with all levels of experience with taping. All supplies needed for the course are provided.There are no prerequisites for FMT Pediatrics.

Geriatric Kinesiology Taping Certification – This course introduces the concept of movement therapy and enhancement via functional taping methods with populations who require special circumstances. Populations include geriatrics, stroke, balance disorders, total joints and osteoarthritis patients. Additionally, this course includes a review of the current literature supporting the theory of kinesiology taping for the purposes of rehabilitation, edema/swelling management, neuropathic discomfort*, scar and postural management.

This course is intended for practitioners and therapists with all levels of experience with taping. All supplies needed for the course are provided. There are no prerequisites for FMT Geriatrics.
